Recipe For The Healthy Marriage Stew

 

Essential Ingredients Include:

  1. 7 cups Communication (per day)
  2. 5 cups Connection (per week)
  3. A dash of Sex (to be determined according to your taste)
  4. A pinch or two of Downtime (again determined by your desire and need)
  5. 1 large dose of Fun, Humor, Laughter (per day)
  6. Shake with Appreciation-tell spouse what you appreciate about them (until covered)
  7. Sprinkle generously with Respect (always)
  8. 3 cups of Individual Interests, Friends, Hobbies (as desired)

Mix well.  Bake at 365 days per year and Enjoy!!
