The first session is a 90 minute session and is $300.00 and the sessions thereafter are fifty minutes each and are $200.00. Cash, checks and credit cards are accepted.
I do not participate in insurance plans. However, I am happy to provide you with a receipt to submit to your insurance company as an out of network service. My receipts have all the information your insurance company will request including diagnosis code and treatment code. Depending on the details of your coverage will be the determining factor as to whether or not you get reimbursed and/or how much.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Cash, check and Master Card/Visa are accepted for payment.
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the FULL cost of the session.
